A 3-year-old child, the most belligerent and hostile I have ever seen in my practice of 30 years. He would not let us even get his weight. He stood at the corner of the room with an angry and suspicious look. He would go into a tantrum if we tried to approach him. The mother started spraying him daily with Nirvana.
